Not helping the situation since 1983

Atten-hut!

Well, i have just been dutily informed that my presense is requested at the lunch table.

Apparantly, due to the fact that I am a 22 year old college senior, when I visit home I am subject to the rules and regulations of any minor.

I am visiting the wonderful state of Oklahoma for the duration of the Thanksgiving holiday. While I have nothing major planned for my stay here, I hope that I at least do something worthwhile. We shall see what comes up. And, by the way, TULSA spelled backwards is A SLUT.

Not quite 2006 yet

Its not really a new year, but it is the end of a (horrendous) quarter, so I thought that some new quarters resolutions would be in order:

  • Start working out again, preferably daily
  • Start running/biking again
  • Do the homework earlier? Hmm…
  • Ask for help when you need it, dammit

I don’t think that being lazy is getting me anywhere in the world. You know what they say about procrastination…

Actually, I’m looking forward to working out. Finding an excuse to actually start doing it again is getting increasingly easier every time i look at myself in a mirror, too.

One more thing

Oh yeah. Garden State is an awesome movie. Thanks HBO for letting me watch it whenever I want.

“Oh, all that I know,
There’s nothing here to run from,
Cause everybody here’s got somebody to lean on.”

One Down, Two to Go

Another quarter ends, and finals week is back. Jesus, we have to do this 12 times before we graduate?

Well, the question remains. What to do after graduation? Last week, I had an office trip to Chicago and a few rounds of interviews, and I have to sign up for some more interviews. Maybe I’ll still take the LSAT, even though I decided not to. February? We’ll see. Its not like its going to be hard.

My dad came for a visit last weekend for Dad’s Day, and we went to the football game and the play that night (which was funny). My sister went on a retreat the same weekend, the same retreat that I did my senior year of High School. I haven’t been on one of those since… well, I guess when I went to that one. Got me all nostaligic, maybe I should go on one again. Perhaps that would be good for my soul, as well? I’m prett sure I still have one of those, somewhere. It might be a little bit dusty.

Going to Tulsa for thanksgiving.

I think that a week and a half off of school will be good for me. I’ve become entirely complacent to everything school related. There are some good things on the horizon, and I’ll be looking forward to those when they come around. I’ve got my eye on a few things.

Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven

There’s a lady who’s sure all that glitters is gold
And she’s buying a stairway to heaven.
When she gets there she knows, if the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for.
Ooh, ooh, and she’s buying a stairway to heaven.

Main Website

This new design that I wrote (from scratch) looks totally awesome. And I re-invented those images from a website I made 4 years ago. Photoshop can do some really pretty things.
